Hello, as stated before I did a k1-visa that was approve back in dec 2013, she came over in jan 2014, I sent her back in mar 2014 we never got married because I found out she was seeing someone else back in her country, which is Jamaica, well im getting ready to file a I-130 for my new wife in oct 2014, should I send in the evidence of my last relationship showing that my ex was in a relationship and that's why I sent her back, the evidence that I have are a phone bill of her calling the guy 400.00 worth of calls to the guy in one week, over 200 text message in 1 week, a copy of her face book page showing the day she went back she posted a photo of the guy on her cover page with a statement saying she has been in a relationship with the guy since june 2013, and I have a email she sent me july 2014 telling me how sorry she was for the things she did, im wondering if I should send with the I-130 so they want think the relationship went bad on my behalf ,

The circumstances surrounding the end of your previous relationship are irrelevant to your current petition so leave out these items with your current petition.

Here's the but (and it's a big one), you will need to make sure your new wife knows every last detail of what happened. At interview time, the details of your past relationship are fair game for a CO to ask about and if your new wife is unable to answer such questions, it could adversely affect the result of the interview.

She knows everything that happened, should I also send the proof with her at that time

No the poster asked how close, time wise, has your relationships been.

Amen, and did U close the K1 these relationships & now marriage is very close.

Actually Jawaree my relationship was over in jan 2014 the same month she came over, I just didn't start a a new relationship until april 2014 when she left. she refuse to go back , I kept telling her im booking her a ticket to go back, and she told me she have 90 days before she have to leave the U,S and she made sure she used up almost all 90 days, so duing that time I told her I was not going to pay a phone bill for her to be calling a guy, I told her if she wants to talk to the guy until she leave he has to call her its free, so she agreed she would not call him she would make him call her, so at this time we are sleeping in separate rooms, but I had to go to work come home every day and listen to this girl on the phone with her boyfriend, and watch her eat my food burn my electric run my water bill up , I made several calls to her family asking them can they please tell her to come back home now, but that didn't work, even up until the time im driving her to the airport to go back home I had to listen to her talk to the guy on the phone about were they are going to move at when she gets back to Jamaica, and then listen to her tell the guy she loves him, how disrespectful, those was the worst days of my life I hope no one else has to go thru this
