Heres a question for someone. When an NVC operator tells you that your IV package is under review. What does that mean???? The information has already been through the USCIS and approved so what more does the NVC have to do with this information??? Please explain if you can.

Your IV package has nothing to do with USCIS and no they didn't see it how could they if you just submitted it to NVC.

Your AOS (affidavit of support) package and your IV package is reviewed and accepted by NVC after you have paid the fees then you get case complete then you wait for interview date.

So I gather you have paid AOS fee and sent in have you verified with NVC if its reviewed and accepted?

Also NVC approves nothing they merely review and accept and case complete you.

Both AOS (June 27TH) and IV (Aug 11th) have been sent in, they say they are reviewing them, but not accepted yet. That is where my question came from.

Yes they are reviewing everything you have sent in checking the I-864 form making sure the amounts are correct that everything is there.

Same for the IV package that they are all originals or certified copies and authentic and translated (if it applies ) and all is there. Now their 30 business days is now 60 days. Once they review and all is in order they will accept.
