Question about AOS package

Hi fellow CR1 FILERS!

My co sponsor is a catholic priest. Can he write his own letter of employment? Do I have to submit his paychecks?

Here's what I Have prepared so far, if anything is missing please let me know! Any help is greatly appreciated ! :)

AOS PACKAGE:

AOS form from me(petitioner) along with explanation( on a separate sheet of paper) why I wasn't obligated to pay taxes before.

AOS form from my co sponsor

IRS copies from my co sponsor for year 2013

IRS copy from me ,for year 2013

A certified copy of my passport

A certified copy of my naturalization certificate

A certififed copy of my co sponsor naturalization certificate ( he doesn't have a valid passport the NVC agent said that's ok the certificate will be fine)

A few of my recent paychecks

AOS bar coded cover sheet

AOS cover letter

IV PACKAGE:

Husband's certified copy of passport plus a photocopy

Husband's original police certificate (brand new) plus photocopy and translation

Husband's original divorce decree , plus photocopy and translation

Husband's original military records, plus photocopy and translation

Husband's original birth certificate, plus photocopy and translation

Certified copies of passport stamps from oujr last trip together, as proof of bonafide marriage? Should I include that?

Cover letter for IV Package

Also , im planning to use the AOS barcoded cover sheet for the IV package , because I haven't paid my IV fee yet, it's not available.

AOS form from my Joint sponsor

IRS copies from my joint sponsor for year 2013

IRS copy from me ,for year 2013

A certified copy of my passport

A certified copy of my naturalization certificate

A certified copy of my co sponsor naturalization certificate ( he doesn't have a valid passport the NVC agent said that's ok the certificate will be fine) Photocopy is fine.

A few of my recent paychecks stubs (proof you were paid.) Not really needed as you have a joint sponsor. However your joint sponsor should include proof of current employment which may include some pay stubs.

I do not recommend doing this.

Including the 2012 and 2011 tax transcripts is optional as is the letter of employment.

I crossed out and highlighted in red what was NOT needed.
