I think the transfers are done for now. They may send a second wave if they see a need for it at a later date. At the rate they are going through March petitions, those who were not transferred may see some action earlier than previously anticipated anyway. So it is a win-win either way.

WOW! Congratulations! And good luck with the rest of the process. I hope it is smooth and quick from here on.

On a different note, though. I MUST try not to be shocked or surprised at this, but this yet again proves how random the process is. There seem to be a number of March filers -- AND January and February filers - who're still waiting for their approval. Some of the Jan holdouts seem to have had the misfortune of being stuck in "security checks", for which they've been picked out for no apparent reason. But there are others who have no idea why they are being delayed. I know this can still be explained by how the distribution of files was done in batches: arrange them all by the date they came in, make them into batches, and assign a bunch of batches to some person. And that person with January/February files is sleeping on the job, while the one with the March files seems to be doing OK. Or not. Maybe this is all speculation, as everything else is about what really goes on inside USCIS.

I can't imagine how dissapointing it would be to wake up every single day to see so many March approvals when you're a February or even Jan filer. I wish them all patience as that is the only thing I can do. Every one of us is in the same situation, we all want to be with our loved ones as soon as we can. So I really hope none of us will have to wait for so long anymore and that the ones who have been waiting long before us get approvals before earlier filers do. I believe in equality and order, but apperantly USCIS doesn't. We don't know what's going on inside USCIS, like you said, and we can only hope that it's for a better change.

Well the "usual" timeline is 5 months. TSC was taking much longer than that, but has seemed to have picked up the pace, plus transferred the majority of april-may files to CA.

In other words, the earliest I would expect it for you is early September, but it could be a month or two after that... The timeline estimate on this website will probably you give you the best educated estimate.

Removing Conditions Timeline

Aug. 10, '17: Mailed in I-751

Aug. 21, '17: NOA1

October 23, '18: NOA2- approval

October 30, 18: 10-year GC received

Wow, I posted an approval for the April and May filers that were not transferred and I get all sorts of negativity. I never chose to get approved when I did nor did I post an assumption that being from a European country would expedite my approval. This was basically to all the people who were not transferred who were stuck in limbo, not knowing how they stood. Perhaps, I should not have posted a comment or created a timeline, then I wouldn’t have given people something else to complain about.

Perhaps you should get off your recently-mounted high horse. Nobody here has been negative about you, nor said anything about the country you're from. What people are complaining about is an unfair system - something that you should've been all too familiar with, having been on the receiving end of it till a day ago.

FTR, I saw nothing that could possibly be construed as negative, unless posts were removed before I had a chance to read them.

Please understand how lucky you were and that people are happy for you. Also understand that there are folks who have been waiting far longer than you and are a bit confused as to how TSC is conducting business. It is not personal.

Good luck on the rest of your journey.

Thanks "usmsbow" for the detailed reply

at uscis.gov it shows standard time as 6 months, and the last processed file was dated Dec-31-2013 for TSC. But I have seen in few blogs where people said, TSC is processing Feb-2014 files.

is there any authentic source to find this information ?

So there are TEN of us who are from April and May and have NOT been transferred. Are there any more? Please let us know, at least just by identifying yourself so we can keep track and try to make sense of the process somehow.

And among the 10, any more news? I'm going crazy not knowing, and looking at those who were transferred getting their approvals so fast is depressing me even more, even though I am happy for them.

Share your misery. Share your joy. Share your news. Share something. Anything! :crying:

No news here...BTW we have the same NOA1 date!

I saw someone else as a May 27th NOA1 and they were transferred so I have no idea the inner workings that dictated who went and who stayed. I also was searching case numbers below and above mine and all he rest were transferred so it is even more confusing!

The one thing that is unusual about mine is that while everyone got a text on August 8th/9th about being transferred, I got a text that my ARN was finally changed after about 3 months. (unlike everyone who usually gets theres changed the day of/after).

NOA1: May 27th, 2014 - TSC

ARN: August 8th, 2014

NO transfer....

NOA2: November 10th, 2014!!
