I-29F filing questions...

Ok,

I have a couple of questions for submitting my I29 package:

1.) How many passport photos do Marlon and I have to submit, it says 1 on the guides but what shall I do with the extras?

2.) There is an example of the Fiance letter of intent, can I just use that format or can I be creative?

That's it for the moment, I am sure I will have more:)

OH YEAH! I almost forgot to mention that I too get the old expiration of the I29 form, what gives?

1) In the I-129F submission, you need a passport photo of you and the beneficiary. Write the full name on the back. Hold onto the extras, may come in handy later.

2) You can use the example letter of intent, I did.

3) Yep, the form is expired, but they have not issued a newer version. So you can still use it.

You don't have to use the example one here on VJ. It is just a guide for you to use. I didn't know about this site when I filed so I just wrote my own letter on intent.

Just so you know you can download the new I-129F form on this website, it is on here, or you can go to the USCIS website and get it.

There is no new form anymore... I think that was just a Thursday flaw. They have now changed back to the May 2006 edition. Everything on the USCIS website indicates now that the May form is the correct version, even though it is technically expired (for those who don't know what we're talking about, there was some confusion last week after the USCIS suddenly put up a november 2006 form) I feel much better now
