Interview 7/24 still no visa in hand...

I'm so frustrated.... :cry: it's been 15 days now, I had email to embassy they answer me back this:

Dear Madam,

We still have several cases affected by the technical problems with our visa system. This issue is worldwide and is not specific to any location or visa category. We apologize to applicants who are experiencing delays and unable to obtain visa at this time. We are working urgently to correct the problem and expect our system to be fully operational again soon.

What should I do....or it's nothing I can do...I saw people got visa in 2 days, my CEAC status still showed "READY" :cry:

USCUS

08/26/13 - NOA1

02/19/14 - Transfer to CSC

02/27/14 - Approved

NVC

03/12/14 - NVC received

04/15/14 - Case number, IIN and BIN assigned
04/16/14 - DS-261 submitted
04/17/14 - Received email to pay AOS fee. available and paid (in process)
04/22/14 - AOS fee shows "PAID"
04/21/14 - AOS packets sent
04/24/14 - Received email to pay IV fee
04/25/14 - IV fee available and paid (in process)
04/28/14 - IV packets sent
04/29/14 - IV shows "PAID", DS-260 available
04/30/14 - DS-260 submitted
05/15/14 - Checklist for AOS (By email)
05/22/14 - AOS checklist scanned in system(wait 30 days...)
06/23/14 - Case Complete!
07/24/14 - Interview (Rescheduled from 8/21) APPROVED!
Waiting they fix the system...
08/22/14 - FINALLY GOT "ISSUED" !!

Our Interview was 7/16 and we were also approved without AP. We are still waiting as well for visa. Hang in there! Lets hope it happens soon..

03/04/2014- I-129f Sent

03/11/2014- NOA1 Received via email/text

03/13/2014- Alien Registration number changed.

05/22/2014- NOA2 text message receive Approved in 72 days!! :dancing:

06/03/2014- NVC Case number received.

06/06/2014- CEAC status changed to "In transit"

06/10/2014- CEAC Status changed to Ready

06/16/2014- Packet 3 Received via email after I submitted an inquiry through website

06/26/2014 - Packet 3 sent

07/04/2014- Packet 4 Received Via Courier service

07/07/2014- Medical Done

07/16/2014- Interview(Approved!!!) :dance:

07/18/2014- CEAC Status update- Ready changed to Non-Immigrant

08/09/2014- CEAC Status update- AP

08/11/2014- CEAC Status Update- Issued

08/23/2014- Visa In hand

08/25/2014- POE chicago!!! :D

08/28/2014- Married! :luv:

AOS

2014-10-15 AOS/EAD/AP Mailed
2014-10-24 NOA1
2015-01-07 EAD/AP Combo Card Received
2015-03-17 Received Potential Interview Waiver Notice

2015-10-01- EAD Renewal request submitted

2016-07-21- AOS denied- we missed our interview in October 2015 because we didn't receive the interview letter and we were not notified via numerous service requests and senator inquiry placed after our missed interview appointment.

2016-08-17- I290B- Motion to reconsider filed by the lawyer.

2016-12-08- Motion to reconsider denied

Now starting the whole process again and refilling I-485.

I had my interview on 14 july 2014 ..got a 221g sheet asking to send in a police cerficate ,i did and still only seeing update from the 31 of july.send and email but no answer as yet. can any one advice me
