I've heard about the touches and the NOAs at night and on Saturdays, which is great news(well, i don't know, constant checking has gotten worse, lol) Has anyone ever been touched or recieved an NOA on a Sunday?

I would think that Sunday's are fair game since it is done by a system and not a person. Never know when the computer may update. Then again, there are people who were never touched but got their NOA2's in the mail or letters that their case was received by NVC.
