Yes that's the crazy thing. I sent an email and keep checking.

Tickets are going up and school starts the 4th so I need them here

Update ...............

I get waybill email for hubby and his passpo number is wrong.

I called and they said I would have to wait until he picks

Up visa to see if they printed the wrong number

I would love to know where they got the wrong passport number ????????????

That is crazy!!! Hopefully they did not print the wrong info because no one has the time or patience for that!!! Lucky NY kids don't back to school until Sept....in GA the go back August!!! And my county and some others started aug 4th while others went back this past monday!!! Good luck and enjoy the family when the come.

I just checked DHL tracking for the months of July and August. NVC has sent out packages every single business day during July. In August, however, only one batch of packages was sent, on August 5th !!!

21-MAR-2014 I-140 + PP sent to USCIS

31-MAR-2014 Petition approved

16-APR-2014 Case shipped to NVC

29-APR-2014 Case received by NVC

23-MAY-2014 Case # assigned

4-JUN-2014 IV Bill invoiced and PAID (AOS Exempt, DS-261 Waived)

6-JUN-2014 DS-260 forms submitted

10-JUN-2014 IV Docs received by NVC

13-JUN-2014 IV Docs matched to case (scanned)

30-JUL-2014 Case Complete, CC email auto-sent one week later

he replied: i do not know;
I asked will i get scheduled for OCTOBER?
He replied: i can't guarantee!!
What?
I guess if people from July31 CC still could not get interview it really rings alaram bells here.
When you call NVC Please start asking to get transferred to SUPERVISOR and demand some answers.

Interview on August 12,went smoothly,long waiting time but in the end its all worth it! APPROVED!!!!!! :luv: just waiting to get visa on hand then book flight to UT!Thanks to everyone whom i kept bugging about questions during my journey..this forum is full of informative and good people who are always ready to help....God Bless us all!

We are so annoyed. My spouse had her interview on 8/7 and was approved. We are scheduled to leave on 8/17. Both tickets purchased and the officer at her interview said there would be plenty of time. Unfortunately, the CEAC site still says ready. I have emailed twice, called 3 times and finally got a person the third time who said they won't answer the phone. Told me to fax the information and gave me the fax number. I told him I've emailed twice already and have heard nothing. He said their system is broken and they are trying to fix it. He said a fax may be quicker. Now we are not sure what to do. Hope it arrives before the 17th, travel 3 1/2 hours to Taipei and see if they may talk to us in person, and/or change our plane reservation (which will cost us $500). I wish I knew what was going on and how long it will take to fix. :ranting::clock::crying:

INTERVIEW RE-SHEDULED FOR 2ND SEPTEMBER!!!!

I'm trying to get my interview rescheduiled also but the embassy have responded with this:

Please explain why you are unable to attend the interview as scheduled.

What reason did you give to get your date changed as you've been very lucky to get yours brought forward quite considerably.

Congrats by the way.

What reasons have others given for asking for their date to be brought forward? Will they refuse if the reason I give is not good enough?

Husband is going to pick up now. He just got off from his 16-hr work shift. Then, went to the hospital, to bring home his father, (he had surgery a few days ago). He is so exhausted, (awake for 23 hours now), but if he does not pick up it now, it will be forwarded to the next destination, (a town closer to his house), and the wait will be until Sunday and he can pick up then. We do not want to wait any longer. The ticket prices are crazy expensive. Our wait has been long enough, PD is March 29, 2013!!!!!

Also, he told me that the Israelis are randomly denying ppl exit to Jordon, (228 ppl denied in July). Yesterday, a family friend was denied exit and he had tickets to France, w a connection in Romania. He has a visitor's visa. I hope the exit denial stipulations are not really random, but based on a criteria, that does not include immigrant visa holders!!!! I called the airline. The rep said if he is denied exit, we can change the ticket, but the cost to change a ticket is $150 - 200, or we can buy an open ticket. He made sure to say the open ticket cost is quite expensive. !!!!!! Why so many possible obstacles????!!!!!
