NVC Filers - August 2014

Hi, I have been lurking around this group for some time. My NOA1 was May 2013. Is there anyone else that is still trudging through this process from that far back? Looking at the spreadsheets it looks like no one is left from the summer. I have had no RFE or checklists and still I think I am way behind everyone else. Anyone else still out there?

Elinora it might sound absurd but I actually had a dream that u had a case complete Actually I dreamt that right before I woke up and I could swear that it wasn't a dream but then I looked over a few pages of the thread and saw no post of urs saying 'my AOS package has been approved' because that's what I saw in the dream :rofl:

If only dreams came true!

Reading your post samreen23 and really wanting to share a dream I had: I dreamt that a person at NVC told me interview is scheduled for September 10th. and I quickly asked: "This year?" and I woke up.

I am confused again lol... my scan date for the AOS is July 10 and for the IV is August 1, do I have to wait 60 days from my last scan date(IV san date)? do iget a check list from both AOS and IV at the same time?

U should hear about ur AOS this week hopefully. And about IV it will be in mid September most likely.

Third Wednesday from the day she gave at 9:00am sharp. If she gave on Wednesday then it will be the fourth Wednesday. I wish ucsis and Nvc were half as organized and punctual as Ecfmg is lol.

Fingers crossed for both NVC and Step2 Score. The NVC is more stressful than any exam we've ever taken.

Yup I want to change it to 'WHY ME!' Every step we went to got delayed and delayed. It's seems unreal at times why would this happen to the same people over and over again.

True that! And that's saying something because step1 was the hardest and the most career determining exam ever. But Nvc is causing me even more stress

Well I sure hope your dream is a good omen! Yup, we are waiting for AOS to be accepted (or checklisted, which I obviously hope won't happen) and then for a case complete.

Hey hi all

Can somebody please help me with this..I cant start my ds-260,my IV bill appeared paid on 8/20 but till now i cant open/start my ds-260...I called the nvc yesterday the rep told to wait another day or two...Is this normal or am i the only one facing this problem? Or am i doing something wrong? Somebody please help me with this...

Hi! Well Yes ours status changed to paid on August 19th and it got unlocked earlier today so yes took about 6-7 days. When my husband called nvc last week,they said wait another day or two but nothing happened and so he called in again today and the rep unlocked it over the phone for us. Good luck with yours!

My family says "I HAVE GONE CRAZY" and due to stress, I have gained weight. Moreover I can't even concentrate on my studies. Every Night is sooo long. I just keep speculating , making assumptions, what if I get IV fee bill on this and that day, how long its gonna take after that. Will I make it to December interviews. Ohhh no with this New NVC policy, it might be in Feb. From August I jumped to Sept then Oct, Nov and so on. Everyday I count 30 business days and 60 calendar days both lol yes I realise I am stuck in this NVC WORLD!!
