"Missing date NVC closed your case (since you were expedited)"
How can NVC case be complete? We have letter from NVC: "The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case once we have all the fees, forms,
and documents." What it means? I thought that expedite is contraction our NVC process and was surpriced that it is so long as another cases even without expedite. Peticioner called to NVC and asked several times. Only one time he got answer "NVC process is same time for all applicants, only time for appointment interview in shorter." What I shall change for spreadsheet, if I have not NVC closed? And at what time approximately I will have date of interview with expedite without checklist? We sent all fees, forms, and documents for both cases. NVC will have them tomorrow. If interview will in few days... must I and daughter go to Kiev (Consulate town) right now?!!!!
Thank for help.

In your submission, you said your case was expedited. An expedited case means your case was closed and sent to the embassy/consulate, skipping the rest of the NVC process. Your English is hard to read, but it doesn't sound like you got a true expedite as you still had to submit everything at NVC

As for when you'll get an interview date, please read the first post.

Yamil, I have the same problem. They have petitioner's name wrong. We sent an email with passport copy to have it corrected about a week ago. No response yet. We were told it would take several weeks to get email reviewed. As long as all forms are filled correctly with correct names, it shouldnt effect visa process though. They can also get it corrected during interview.

IRS considers any income as world wide income, not just US income alone. So if you have income from Australia in 2013, it should have come in 2013 tax return. If you have current income from Australia, provide that as well with supporting documents like paystub and employment agreement.

Okie doke. Interesting. His job actually finishes up on the 9th of September (stupid 6-month-for-each-employer rule on Aussie 462 visas) but hopefully he'll have something after that as well. I have paystubs so I'll include those.

This domicile thing is really freaking me out :( I'm so scared we'll get a checklist for it.

I am the beneficiary. My husband is the petitioning USC.

Are you asking the latest scan date? If so, I believe NVC is reviewing packages up to July 10th (scan date) as of last Friday.

It seems like NVC is taking a lot of time to review packages. :dead: Perhaps lots of NVC employees are on vacation since many people take vacations at the end of August before schools begin in early September? :star:
