I am just really panicking up right now. Our iv fee was invoiced after 62 days and even now that it status shows paid since yesterday I can't access or unlock ds-260. What do I do? Someone please help, I will be delighted .

When the reps refer to a package, they are able to see when something was scanned into their system. I doubt it's anything related to your expedite request.

Try calling a few times until you get a rep that is helpful. I wouldn't worry about the "3rd" package though. They should give you a cc when both AOS and IV docs are complete, irrespective of the 3rd package.

Hi, I called NVC this morning and received a good news and a very puzzling bad news.

Good news - They said my AOS with scan date of July 7th was reviewed and looks like it is accepted :dancing: .

Now the Puzziling news - The rep told me a third package (other than AOS or IV) was scanned in on August 11th. I have know idea what this files are. I only send them two packages.1) AOS package scanned in on July 7th and 2) IV documents scanned in on July 23.

When i asked the rep (mario), he told me they can only only tell what it is after the package being reviewed and the NVC policy is to review everything that is put in the folder... I was expecting CC in 2 weeks. Now, I am worried if my CC will be delayed because of this third package. Anybody had similar experience? I did submitted an expedite request on July 22nd which i was told was denied around in the first or second week of August. Could third package something related to the expedite request?? Any clue??

Congrats to the recent case completes! My AOS was also scanned 7/7 -- I'm hoping that it will be approved VERY soon.

You should call for update on your AOS since NVC is already reviewing files for July 7th. Fingers crossed for you.

If you made an inquiry via email, they count that as a scanned piece of mail.. They played games with me and kept telling me there was mail that was scanned but there wasn't. They did so many supervisor reviews, I guess they considered those as mail. They told me I would not get a CC until all scanned mail was reviewed... but that was a lie. As soon as they reviewed the last piece of mail we sent for the checklist, they gave me my CC. Your expedite request and denial is probably the "so called" piece of mail. Don't worry. anything to do with your file has to be tracked.

Any email you send will register as a scanned item. Maybe the expedite denial was also added to your case as a scanned item, hence the Aug 11 mystery. Still, you should get CC after AOS and IV packets pass muster.

Demis346, I noticed in your signatures that you submitted DS 261 on 08/05/2014 and your IV bill was invoiced on 08/20/2014. I was curious to find out if your case was expedited at NVC or if NVC has gone back to their original processing time?

Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing... but even for an expedite that seems fast. Good for you Demis346, but man! That's the fastest I've seen!
