I second you, very well stated I first filed in March. Aren't we lucky.

I often wish there was a thumbs down and up to click on for horrible, nasty and sarcastic posts.

you can always change your preferences and hide comments .. That's what I do.

That question is right before where it asks for your Tax income info. 2011, 2012, 2013.

I am sure you will be fine since you provided your last six months of pay stubs and have reached the poverty line already.

thank you NLR and Saylin and those who shared their thoughts regarding passport renewal.I will renew on Monday, that's tomorrow.

I might PM's directly to Saylin and NLR for further assistance coz I have a hard time staying online and following the thread due to work demands, Sorry for that. But I will still post any updates if I got time as well. It's my breaktime I am using it here also putting case numbers on each files I will be submitting.

I am at 18 months and still not done with NVC. I think Amanda is the one with the longest wait, 20 months.

I filed for my wife I-130 in late Feb of 2013, was approved end of Nov 2013 by USCIS, NVC didn't scan my case till end of Dec 2013- Jan 14

So my case has been at NVC since at least Jan 2014, about 8 months at NVC at this point.

I admit I could have been faster at getting documents sent to them. They had all the documents they needed by mid-May, however was checklisted in early June for AOS because i answered a couple questions wrong. Thankfully no other problems with any of the other forms, however then I learned about the delay. I expected case complete by August.

Resent the needed AOS forms again, the receive date was July 1st....so I am waiting for a response now.

Yup. I wish the same thing when I see posts drippig with sarcasm. Nvc is giving us a hard time already. Can't deal with any more rude and sarcastic posts here. Everybody over here is frustrated to the peak I m sure.

Yey! Finally! me and my wife kept on asking each other if the IV bill invoiced already? received any mail or what not. Thank God we are moving forward on the step! I don't have too much knowledge to help answer each question here but i'm praying for all of us here that each of us move forward of step soon. Now just waiting for reply of the packages to be reviewed.

We did call and we were told to wait for another review the supervisor wasn't helpful she admitted that they system is messed up but she couldn't do anything about it . Will be seeking a lawyers help now . Thank you and best of luck to you
