You misunderstood my wiki. As I said in it, you have TWO options for sending tax information:

1. tax transcripts (which are preferred)

OR

2. tax returns, W2s, 1099s, schedules, worksheets, etc (basically everything sent to the IRS)

If you only sent 1099s and W2s, and no tax returns or tax transcripts, you WILL be getting a checklist.

Thank you. I havr to.clear this thing to my.husband on what he really did send. Thanks

You can't send only 1099s and W2s by themselves, if you're not using tax transcripts you have to send the tax return (e.g., form 1040) + W2s + 1099s. Was the tax return sent in addition to those income documents?

If I remember it correctly he told me that everything was in the packet. I remembered him saying w 2 1099 and returns. Im not sure if I heard returns though but he said he sent everything and it will be stupid for NVC to.ask for.more cause he sent everything. Im not sure though cause the last time we talked about aos was last month and i.totally forgot everything he said. We tried bot to talk about aos.whenever we talk cause it gave us headache and anxiety. He is still sleeping so I will.wait for his reply and praying that we dont lack and requirement

Sometimes things are outta ur control. I already mentioned I m the beneficiary and my husband wasn't believing the fact that tax returns can't be sent alone. I got to the point where I got tired of arguing and said that fine send whatever u want. That's the reason I have been so anxious all these 45 days because I know what's coming. I realized the second he sent as well that he screwed it up but I couldn't do anything about it. U have everything in ur hands ur case in different.

probably should have sent the WIKI to him . its such a waste of time to make a huge mistake like that

Calm down please don't cry. See either u can send transcripts OR u can send tax returns WITH w2 and 1099. Ur husband didn't send returns or transcripts and only w2 and 1099 right? See everything happens for a reason. Maybe we lose 2 months here becasue our husbands didn't listen to us but maybe they will believe us in future. We lost all this time because of government so just near one more month becasue of husband lol. That's how I looked at it. We just can't control it so don't shed tears on it. I have been frustrated beyond words becasue I have read wiki like ten times and know it almost by heart. But I can't do anything about it.

I know but Im still hoping that he still passed it and I probably.misheard or.misunderstand him. Miracles do happen everyday. I still have Faith.?

Did that as well. Some people just learn thru mistakes I guess lol. Sent the wiki as well as a snap shot of official 1-864 instructions. Then I just accepted as my luck and got silent. I was just wondering if it would be possible to convince Nvc to remove our sponsor's papers and hence the checklist. But I bet that would take another 30 biz days lol.

Hahaha I can't stop laughing. I am hoping for the last 45 days that he included that messed up transcript from IRS in the package lol!! I feel bad for us but it's funny :D

Your case won't be sent abroad until AFTER an interview date is assigned.

And remember, time frames vary by consulate/embassy. It's best to read the wiki on suggestions on how to determine a best guess at when your interview will be assigned.

Did you have an expedite because I see scan dates around first week of July getting case completes now.

No, we did not have an expedite. I can only guess that they just processed all of our documents based on a scan date for items sent a few days before my last packet was sent.
