I just spoke to NVC and asked: are sept interview appointments scheduling closed?

She replied: no one told me that, please call back next week.

So I called this morning and was told that Sept. scheduling is over and I didnt get in. I am crushed. So even though CC about two weeks ago, still nothing. I am just dumbfounded at the incompetence or lack of give-a-$hit of the US immigration system for LEGAL immigration. How hard is it to have a damn shared calendar and to schedule the damn thing the same day you give a CC?

hi guys , is necessary include a copy of the letter ( cheklist) when you sent a response to NVC ? because until now i don't receive the aos checklist email , and i only have the aos coversheet and the i864 form . I called to nvc the last thursday and they told me about my checklist and also told me that I can send it only with the aos cover sheet , but I'm not sure if it is correct or not ? please someone help me

I thought no one was waiting as long as me but how wrong I was. Waiting 17 months here and have seen husband only twice in this entire time, since our marriage. Total time spent with husband is less than a month, missed anniversary, birthdays, festivals...

Am also waiting for last 16 months..what to do?

Just an update, after receiving the 60 days notice from NVC last August 4, yesterday (August 12) I received the IV bill and just made a payment today.

I submitted my AOS package on 7/22 and within a week they had "received" it. I now have all the documentation ready for my IV Package and would like to submit the package now to not cause any scanning delays later. Can someone tell me the process for which to submit the IV Package before the IV bill is invoiced.

I'd assume it goes to the same address, but what should be written after "ATTN: xxxxxx"? As well, because I haven't paid my IV bill yet, can I submit my cover sheet for the AOS in its place? If so, would I need to make any changes to the cover sheet?

Is there anything else I need to do to make this work?

My husband called NVC today because I asked him to since I was always the one to call. Anyways we called to make sure they received our forms and they said they did on the same day we sent them! Said not to expect anything until October 5th but I hope some magic happens.

Anyway, they said to don't expect anything until October 5th, but what do they mean? case complete or fee for IV package or even interview date?

Just an update, after receiving the 60 days notice from NVC last August 4, yesterday (August 12) I received the IV bill and just made a payment today.

Finally... Final NVC bill paid. Wish you a speedy documents review.

I called NVC again for asking about our iv invoice which was submitted on June 5th and scanned on June 16th.

The operator(I couldnt catch her name. Something starting from S) told me that we would receive the invoive within 5 business days-60 days after the scanned date.

This time I couldnt ask why NVC is SO unfair and they do not work our cases in order. (。>д<)

They mean documents reviewed by oct 5th and if everything in order then Ofcourse case complete. But she didn't mean interview date. That's another 6-8 weeks story.

That means you'll finally receive the IV fee invoice email by the end of next weekend!

I guess you can just wait and double check your IV package meanwhile. Good luck!

HOLY SH!T I can't believe it !! I would keep calling. My CC was June 4th and my interview wasn't scheduled until the 11th. They tried telling me the scheduling was complete on June 4th. And of course... you know me by now.... I kept calling because I didn't trust anything they said. DvMan.... please keep calling. I am pulling for you !! WE ARE TSC BUDS !!!
