I was wondering what is the benefit of using I864ez over I864 other than easy to file out?

Would you consider filing I864 even if you qualify for I864EZ?

Last Question, if your most recent tax return is above poverty guideline, do you still need to file out the rest of the three years? Can you just put N/A? Will that be OK?

Yes u can fill any of these either forms. If u have the option of filling 1-864ez it doesn't mean u HAVE to as mentioned in saylin's wiki. It's just easier so less chances of checklist.

Even if u r giving just the transcripts or returns for 2013 still u have to write the amount in the 2011 and 2012 boxes. U can't leave it blank. If u have not filed taxes of those years then write '0' with a letter if explanation as to why u didn't file. And if u did file then write the 'total income for 1-864' and 'adjusted income for 1-864ez'

This is great!!!But CC email? So technically they were CC earlier this week?

Another thing is according to USPS tracking, our documents were delivered 11:35 a.m. Thursday, but Kendall said they received the documents on Friday. From what Kendall said could it possibly mean they were scanned into the system?

Kendall has been around for a while she should know better. If you want to complain (I would) the e-mail to do so is the first thing you see on my signature. We shouldn't have to grovel for information we pay for.

DS-260 submitted. Didn't take as long as I thought it would! I got to fill it out with my husband since I'm visiting him at the moment (easiest border entry ever!) and good thing I did, because I got a couple of things wrong that he noticed right away

I never do that . I was in shock mode

When i saw the email i assumed it was the 60 day info when i opened it...... WOW ......was i in shock!!

I dont know how and why they did that so fast and i aint gonna call to find either .

I think it has to do with daughters case . Maybe they are moving both cases together. Now just hoping there will be no checklist on daughters AOS so i can send my wife's also.

Guys I have a question, while filling out the DS-260..under course of study, what do I put for hubby's bachelors? Cuz it only specifies that high school needs to be academic of vocational, so same applies for college as well?

The problem really wouldn't be including a note on the spreadsheet of what the checklist was for. It's obtaining what the checklist was for in the first place. I'll add this to the form if you wish, but it's just going to cause more problems for me.

Just check my IV Fee status and it looks like it's change from not invoiced to "total amount selected" 0.00 and no name or checkbox is featured.

Wondering if this is a site glitch or if they are working on it finally?
