I checked my bank account today and the check payment for the K1-app was cashed? Does this mean that my app will be approved, or do they take the money regradless? thanks for your help

Approval in 10 days? You are a true optimist! :thumbs:

Unfortunately, they will take your money even if they reject.

Cashing your money was just one of the indications that they've started the process.

You have few months of wait until NOA2.

Luckily, you case is in CSC which is in turbo speed mode compared to TSC.

That simply signifies that uscis accepted the payment for processing of your I-129f, regardless if it's going to be approved or not. It's one of the first steps they do before they review your application.

Normally though, they cash it on the date of your NOA1, which I saw from your timeline you have received the other day (29th). And this could probably be the actual date when they cashed your check. not today.

Means nothing as far as approval goes. They are fast in grabbing the money. The rest of the process has 2 speeds: Slow and stop.
