Status of Service Request (split topic)

Hello everyone,

Our i130 was received 3rd of march and we got a request to submit passport photos first week of June which it was submitted and they got it June 24 as updated on their website. We have not received any update from them since then which my wife called last week and this is the email she got from them the next day below:-

Recently, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130) to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

We received your response to our request for additional information on June 24, 2014. Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application.

Please see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the near future. We apologize for the delay.

Can you please explain this to me? And when will it be finally approved please? The suspense is just crazy

What is to explain? They told you that they got your photos and you'll just have to wait and see when they adjudicate it.
