My NOA1 is 11.20 and my case number is WAC0733

It has been suspected that it is the work day of the government's fiscal year. True business day of the year would put 11.20 at 36 but I know in October we had Columbus and in November we had Election day and Veteran's day. If I account for those holidays then 11.20 is the 33 workday of the year. In addition, if we account for Thanksgiving then 11.28 is the 38th workday of the year. It checks out

We shall compare by Application Numbers? i think USCIS base on first come first serve...we can check with November Filers (Approved Status) and ask them for Application Numbers?

Yours appears to be an exception to the 034 series identifying the work day of the year. Because 034 would be 11.21 not 11.20 as you say. Hmmmmmmmm
