If she resides in London she will attend the interview in London, however will need to present police certificate for both London and Romania if she left after 16 of age. London is usually pretty easy.

We knew each other for 10 months before I sent our petition. We only met once. I submitted Yahoo conversations that don't even make sense because we mostly talk on cam. I submitted telephone calls and took pictures of posts on Facebook like when we became in a relationship and when engaged and all the comments people left and letters he sent me in the mail. We were approved in 50 days at USCIS! His interview is August 11th.
