Relax. Your daughter is going to be approved.

The baptismal certification is not needed as long as you have an original birth certificate, long version from NSO.

You're going to be fine Mom.

Only need what is listed in the embassy instructions letter:

Don't need the baptismal certificate or CENOMAR/CEMAR. Did you husband send the support evidence?

This visa process is very informal questions are simple for a child, relax.

If her NSO birth certificate is late registered, the baptismal certificate will come in handy as supporting evidence.

5 year old being denied? UNLIKELY. B-)

My daughters birth certificate wasnt registered late.. during the USCIS stage we sent pictures of him and my daughter and his mom and grandmother with my daughter during their vacation here in philippines, also sent lots of western union receipts, a birthday card to my daughter from my husband's parents, skype picture of my daughter and my husband, CENOMAR, Birthcertificate of my daughter, marriage cetificate, my husband's notarized scanned passport that shows his entries in philippines... i think i sent alot during USCIS stage for evidence.. then at NVC stage i sent again marriage certificate, daughters birth certificate and cenomar, filled up all the forms online, paid the fees,, sent the ITR/w2s with income like $87k/yr....

Me and my husband hav no previous marriages, my daughters birth certificate has no biological fathers name. It says(unknown)... the thing that also worries me in this petition is if there is an expiration because this was still last april 2013, recved RFE letter(asking for more evidence) just right after yolanda which was NoVember 2013 and got approved by USCIS January2014, sent to the NVC, recvd again RFE twice during NVC stage and case completed last month JUNE 2014,her interview august 5th so if i count all the months its like 11/2 yr ...would it be a problem? How bout the forms that we filled up at USCIS stage is there expiration?

What expiration? The USCIS forms that you submitted is not expired. You're getting worried over nothing. <_<

The father being "unknown" doesn't matter too. There are so many illegitimate children who immigrated in the US via K2 or other visa category. You're not the first case. The embassy is very much aware of that.
