Don't worry about it! Some people go without a touch at all! SO you never can say, that's a bad sign, that you are not touched!

I am sure your NOA2 will come soon as they are already approving the november filers!

Just be patient and relax!

Yes, same thing for me! I'm starting to feel anxious too ... our NOA1 was dated 24 October 2006 and filed at Texas then transferred to California ... in the Visa processing times I can see other people who filed at Texas and California with the same or later NOA1 dates (even November dates) and they have already received their NOA2 ... but our file hasn't been touched at all! The USCIS website says they process the petitions in the order that they receive them but it doesn't seem like it to me ...

I wonder if they seperated them from different countries, then look at them by different groups of people... that might make it slowly? Well I'm happy to see those who filed in Nov. getting theirs these days, but I'm getting worried :unsure::blush:

That's funny, I was wondering the same thing because, when I looked at the Visa timelines, it looked like it was mainly people from the Asia Pacific region who hadn't got their NOA2s yet ... but I think it's just coincidental ... funny how being anxious can make us start reading into things!!!

It's not a 'problem' - they (CSC, I mean) only started approving the late-October filers less than 48 hours ago - hardly time to start panicking! Apart from anything else, there are still tons of people who filed before you who are yet to receive theirs...

Relax... it'll come. Look at me, I'm calm! Not that I wouldn't be very happy indeed to get ours, of course! ;)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Without seeming unsympathetic....we have ALL been through it. My NOA1 was dated April 06, I got NOA2 July 31st 06. There are others who have waited even longer (how does a year strike you?).

Your time will come, this whole process needs an unbelievable amount of patience. Good luck!

Not quite panicking yet ... give me a week or two to work up to that! ;) Just mild anxiety, I think triggered by looking at the Visa timelines for Texas filers and seeing only ours and two others with missing NOA2s for late October. Those Visa timelines are a blessing and a curse! :D

I wouldn't get too worried, I know it's tough seeing others that filed after you being approved ahead of time, but it's all a waiting game. We never got a touch or anything and one day we had the approval. Keep your chin up!

I don't think there's any point looking at the Texas timelines specifically - I'd imagine (although I could be wrong!) they all end up in the same pile at CSC, along with the Nebraska cases as well... I suspect a lot of people also list their service center as being California rather than Texas or Nebraska, just because that's the place that's processing their I-129F, regardless of where they filed it to. :)

I had a quick count of the timelines on here an hour or so ago, and there are something like 97 VJ couples who filed their I-129Fs to CSC/TSC/NSC (and are therefore all being processed by CSC) during October... and 43 have so far been approved (or at least, 43 have filled in their approval dates!) So over half of October filers who have timelines on here are yet to receive their NOA2s... definitely not time for anxiety! (It's not as though anxiety will get you approved any quicker, it'll just give you an ulcer!)

That said... hope you get it soon, 'cos, well... it'd be nice, obviously! :)

Yes, I agree with the others - don't worry right now - still plenty of time and plenty of others waiting. That said, we are all anxious to have our NOA2 - no way to stop it. I got touched on the 16th and just think, if there was no RFE I might have been one of those who got their NOA2! Now I am anxious to have the darn thing arrive via snail mail so I can get on track again. Don't even know what's wrong. So close yet so far...

I have been watching the China timelines and none seem to be getting processed with October dates. it is Interesting that there may be some geographic tampering. No way to prove anything. I'm just hapy they seem to be speeding up.
