my husband sent the AOS package and IV package in two different enveloped inside the big enveloped ... but now we received an email from nvc saying that they have not received the AOS package ... is it possible they lost the other enveloped that contains the AOS package? and is there something that my husband could do about this problem by calling the NVC? is it still possible that they can fix it ...if my husband will going to call and ask for supervisor to talk? need your openion .. thanks for taking time to read our delima....hope you can advice us...

Yeah sounds like they lost it.

He can cal and point that out, there is a small chance they may find it, but it's probably faster just to send a copy.

I would send a new set/copy of AOS docs while call to verify if they found the set sent earlier.

Also, make sure to send by means you can have proof of delivery or receipt (tracking).

thanks everyone for the reply....but does it mean we need to wait for another 30 business days for them to work on it?

If they only started processing one of them, it could be a false checklist. Call NVC and tell them you sended both in same shipping envelope and if that could be the cause of the e-mail.

my husband still trying to get in touch with the NVC now .... but we still not get a hold of it yet.... i will going to post it here as to what will happen after he will get through with the NVC ... thanks to everyone who spend time reading and for replying my post
