__F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________

We received your Immigrant Visa Application; however, we have not received an Affidavit of Support

form. You must submit an Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case.

Please go to our website immigrantvisas.state.gov for instructions on how to obtain, complete, and

submit an Affidavit of Support form.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

You don't need Advice.

If they are asking for it again even though he sent it, just send it again. There's no harm in doing it.

Just do what they ask. No one here can help you because you already know what to do.

I'm not sure about this visa as I'm doing a K1. But if they are asking for the support form again, send it quickly to be delivered ASAP and it should speed things up.

You shouldn't need to go over everything again and wait the same time if they are just missing one piece of information.

Please send what they're asking for. Send Again, if even you already sent it.

Note: NVC deals with tons and tons of documents & paperwork. Unfortunately they're human and possibly your documents could get misplaced or get mixed up with others. This is the reason why we advice members here on vj to always make and keep a set of copy of every document/package you submit.

Send the documents again. Good luck!

It's more than likely a false checklist. You PM'd me stating you put AOS and IV in same envelope. Well they are two different departments. Just you or your husband call NVC just to verify but yes looks false. Do not resend and reset the clock back another 30 days.

Please resend whatever NVC asks for, I got the same thing and we have resent it even while we sent all the papers they claimed missing, sometimes the cheklists is another thing you need to take care of during your Interview I take it as a reminder of what to keep intact before interview, I hope this helps and good luck.

Stop don't resend. Listen to dwheels. Unless a checklist asks for something specific, do not resend it. They're merely stating they've reviewed the IV package.

Call the NVC to confirm if they have the AOS package.

Also please people, unless you are aware and knowledgeable about various visa types, don't speak up giving wrong info. I keep my butt out of the tourist, work, DV etc visa paths because I just dont know. I can help in a limited manner with AOS and fiancé because some parts are the same as my path and other parts I've learned.

follow dwheels76's advise, the NVC stage is tricky but dwheels76 has seen enough to provide much better advise.

Good luck!

Follow your mind.

No. In this process, you don't "follow your mind", you follow rules and instructions.

OP, this is most probably a false checklist as Dwheels already stated. We received one when my husband's case was in NVC and many others get this false checklist. If it is a checklist for something very specific, it will state it directly so. This is just the generic template of a false checklist. If you want to confirm if this is a false checklist, just call NVC.

Looks like a false checklist. Call NVC asap and ask them. I received a false checklist as well when I was at that step. Take it easy, it's not a big deal. Good luck. :)
