April 1, 2014: NOA1 received & check cashed. April 22, 2015: NOA received.
April 2, 2014: Alien Registration Number changed.
Sep 16, 2014: NOA2 - Petition approved!
Sep 23, 2014: Case shipped to NVC.

Oct 01, 2014: Case arrived at NVC.

Oct 03, 2014: Got our case number!

Oct 06, 2014: Left NVC.

Oct 17, 2014: At the Embassy.

Just letting TSC filers know that I was approved today. December 30, 2014 filer.

this means January filers you are on deck!!

Omg what a long process. It was 6 1/2 months.

Congrats and good luck with the interview. I also just got the approval letter (NOA2) in the mail yesterday. It was dated July 8th, 2014. My NOA1 was on January 29th ,2014. TSC is doing this stuff in such random order. I empathize with everyone who is still waiting. I gave up after the 5 month mark and just said to myself it will come when it comes. When it did, I couldn't believe my eyes.

Lets go TSC! Get those Dec people Done!

Hi there! After NOA2, your files will be forwarded to NVC, and they will assign a MNL case number. NVC processing can take 2- 5 weeks from receipt of NOA2 hard copy or you may also try calling them after 10 business days: http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/nvc/nvc-contact-information.html

Once you have the MNL#, your fiancee can now pay her visa application fee and schedule her embassy interview. Hank's guide has detailed info for PH K-1 visa process: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#
