I just signed into payment portal and got a message that our case was in process of termination and that if I believed it was in error to contact NVC. I'm on hold now. Has anyone seen this before?

we received this too the other day but dont worry and no need to call nvc it just means that the bill was generated but not yet invoiced just try the next day till three days ours was Ok after 6hours
