2nd K1 for different lady

Hi everyone,

This is my situation. I have applied for a K1 over 1 year ago for a lady that I was suppose to marry. 5 days before her interview at the embassy she told me she could not go thru with it. We kept in touch and worked things out and set up a 2nd interview. A week before she did the same thing again. I had requested the application be extended 2 times during this time.

I have since moved on with my life and have met another lady and things are going great. My question is how hard does it make it to get a 2nd application approved? Do I need to request cancelation of my first K1 application (I believe it is still open)? Would we be better off doing a CR1?

Any suggestions and comments would be appreciated!

Kevin
