How can I cancel my K-1 visa? Waiting too long.

Does my cancellation affect other visa attempts; tourist, cr1,etc?

You've waited over 4 months? Why not continue? It will get processed. Everyone's does. TSC is just horrible but they are still processing.

Don't do it my friend. U spent 4 months already. After noa2 the process is nothing. If u cancel k1 and get marry then u ll have to go through k3 .. U ll have to wait longer than a year. Dont do it

Been giving it a lot of thought. and just wanted to know the procedure to cancel. I have the option of being with her while we wait for CR-1.

Anyway! Thats ur will not mine.. I cant tell u what to do!

So if u want to cancel k1 call uscis since u still wait noa2 and tell them that u want to cancel the process. Other thing u can do is email them with an explanation why u want to cancel the visa but first call uscis and they ll tell u again. Check here on the foroum too what other ppl say about cancelation
