Sorry, I know it's frustrating waiting for a reply, but during Ramadan things can slow down. I'm not sure about the consulates, but local offices and business only work half days during Ramadan. My fiancé works in a family law court office in Qalubiya and they work from 9.30am - 1.30pm only.

Thank you. I'm sure the Muslims have to leave to do their thing so I figured it might be a little bit why they seem slower. Hurry up and end Ramadan! lol
