Line 10 states: I have submitted a visa petition(s) to the US citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following person(s)

Do I need to put my fiancé who I am petitioning on the first line? What if you have an ex that you previously petitioned years ago - do I need to put her name and date submitted as well?

On line 9 I did put my ex who I previously did fill out an I-134 for years ago.

I guess you have to list them..specially if the petition reached USCIS..you have to be honest.

If you previously filed an affidavit of support for anyone, then you list them in #9.

If you previously filed a petition for anyone, then you list them in #10. You also list your current fiance(e) in #10 as well.

Doesn't show all the answers for your situation, but may still be of some help > http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf
