AOS checklist questions

hello,

I just received a letter stating that I did not fill out the AOS I864 (sponsor) section out completely.

I have a copy of my I 864ez and it was submitted filled out entirely. Is it because I sent an I 864ez as oppose to just an I 864? also, must I pay another $88.00 fee to fill it out and submit?

Must I provide w-2 info again?

Please help trying to call NVC just busy signal

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864ezinstr.pdf please read the section where it says "who may not use form I684EZ" on first page...I believe you filed the wrong form you should complete the I864...http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864instr.pdf please read the section where it says "Who needs this form?" On first page. I am not sure if you need to pay again the $88.00.

With the I684 form send tax transcripts(as NVC prefer) you can inmediately print them or order them here http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

Most but not all people send tax transcripts from the 3 most recent year in this case (2011, 2012, 2013) 2011, 2012 are not that important as your 2013 tax transcript, but if possible I suggest you to include them...

I am feeling very discouraged in this journey and my husband is feeling just the same now.

I received the Check-List email today and this is what it stated:

_F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________The NVC has received the requested DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa Application. However, we are still waiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Affidavit of Support. Please return the requested information so that we may complete your case.When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The barcode sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to theaddress provided.PLEASE NOTE: No interview will be scheduled until ALL of the information requested has been returned to the National Visa Center. [TDG 07/23/2014]

Now, I had already received a CHECK LIST last month Jun 27th This is what it stated:

_11 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________The National Visa Center received your DS-260 form. We are waiting for the traveling applicant’ssupporting civil documents to be submitted to the NVC. Your online Immigrant Visa Application will bereviewed upon receipt of your supporting documentation.To view which documents the applicant must submit to the NVC, please go to our websiteimmigrantvisas.state.gov.______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________A review of the I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A (if applicable) Affidavit of Support form andsupporting documents that you submitted has revealed that you have provided incomplete information inyour response or you have not responded to some questions. NVC has reviewed the financial evidence submitted. However, additional information isrequired to complete the financial evidence review. Please provide all requested documents andrefer to page two for mailing instructions.

General Instructions[x] You will need to complete and submit the new form, completely filled out (all pages required), which includesthe changes noted below. Submitting single pages of the form with the correction is not acceptable. SO, This is my dilema after I received the following CHECKLIST dated 6/27/2014 I completed a NEW I-864ez form ENTIRELY as I had done so before, however I did not attach another copy of my W-2's as I had already done so with the previous form that was said to be incomplete. I sent the NEW form on July 7th, they received it July 10th and today is July 23rd and I received the the e-mail stating that FINANCIAL EVIDENCE is requested, What does it mean? I sent that information out already! I spoke to someone at NVC who said that they received my documents but they haven't opened them?! I was confused and said well why am I receiving the email I received today, I also asked do I have to send out my financial evidence again he said NO before I can say another word he hung up, I was on hold for 40 minutes. I don't know what else to do here...can anyone explain these e-mails to me do I have to wait or should I send my W-2 info again?

It seems from what your saying that you only sent w-2's. If this is so then you need to send them tax transcripts as well.
