Yes we are I just don't have many more words to express my deep disappointment with immigration. On top of that the unknown of AP. Sometimes I feel my heart is just going to stop from the stress. ((((((((((Samreen))))))))))

The AP is a nightmare for Pakistan. I am the petitioner and they put my wife in AP at I-130 and I am just hoping it doesn't happen again!

When you send it USPS the form you fill out has a little box you can check for NO Saturday delivery. It's best to check it since they

wont receive it on Saturday anyway. They'll redeliver don't worry.

It was sent from overseas via Royal Mail, but of course they had to hand it off to USPS. :/ Here's hoping they deliver it monday. Its frustrating to just be waiting on it arriving, knowing you then have to wait for them to process it. I'm ready for this whole thing to be finished!!

I'm really quite shocked NVC is moving so slowly. They have had my file for a month to the day and I can't pay my AOS fee yet.

I didn't expect this to happen but it is what it is ...right...

You can't base it off when they receive your case as there's no case number assigned at that point. According to your signature, your case number was assigned on June 24th, so it's only been about 7 business days.

There is no reason they tell you, it could be simply because they subject people with certain names which is frankly an awful practice in this age of technology.

This process is very inhumane to say the least. If you want to do AP than sure start on it when we file application and it can run in the background but their process freezes the whole application. My case was F2A and my priority dates have retrogressed now. Luckily I became citizen otherwise I was sure to loose the window that got opened in F2A category. Still I am dealing with much slower NVC which was much faster 6 months back.

No IV invoices yet from last week of may?? This is unbelievable! Instead of issues ds261s and aos packages to new transfers, they should take care of the ones on hand!!!

Its been 30+ days and they didnt even review my AOS package... lol

Really worried, just checked the tracking on our IV/AOS packet. The USPS attempted delivery yesterday, but with it being the 4th, the NVC was shut. So now will they try to deliver again today or tomorrow, or will it be sent back to me? This is getting ridiculous. :/

Don't worry. USPS trackers are not the most accurate, and they definitely would not deliver or work on the 4th of July.

I try to avoid using USPS or FedEx which is partnering with it now. Stick to UPS, or better yet, DHL for critical deliveries. More money yes, but more peace of mind.

Hi Everyone,

My husband and i have been at the NVC since April 8th, and i am a bit worried about my PCC cause of the expiration date, it says on the forms valid until July 22,2014... and with the NVC's ridiculous long waiting time and checklists these days you never know, (we waited 33 days to be able to pay the IV fee )!

On the immigrant Visa Checklist Consular Section,U.S. Consulate Casablanca it says Police certificates are valid for one (1) year from the date they were issued. Has anyone ever gotten a checklist for expired PCC ? i got my PCC back when my NOA1 got approved but since they took so long it expired (3 months validity) but now i am worried about getting another checklist for the IV package after getting the most unfair AOS checklist last week...

Hey there,

well, last week on monday June 30st i called NVC to find out if they already received our case. They couldn´t locate it. USCIS-Nebraska shipped it June 16th. So it was already 14 days. Is this normal? What if i´m gonna call on monday and they still haven´t received it? I´m a bit worried, that the case might got lost. Our am i just paranoid?

Actually the notice says that they shipped it to the DOS but i called NVC. Does that matter?

I have no words to express my frustration really! This is unacceptable. I submitted mine 10 June. So when will be available August??!!!! It's terrible really. After waiting so long with freaking Uscis.

Same here i submitted mine on 10th june too....
