Not to mention timelines! I've gotten so many requests to be added/updated to my spreadsheet with timelines that aren't completely filled in :( Timelines help greatly with the data aspects of this site and help others to get average times for certain time ticks. But this doesn't work if people don't fill them out.

Just updated my timeline and send in the form for an update. Hope it helps. ;)

your husband the petitioner has 2 petitions one for you and one for his stepson if i understood correct .

On spouses petition (you) he will be counted for (stepson) + 2 children

On stepsons petition he is counted

I agree 100% I'm tired and offended at people that only spent from 22 days to two months at USCIS crying because they may have to spend an extra 30 days waiting they are totally insensitive! I have thought of not coming to the thread but seem to be obbsessed afraid I might miss some important information. It's just sickening and I want someone in immigration to explain to us how this can happen or are they favoring some? I'm pissed and I just wont hide it, I have the right to express my feelings. :(

You have the right to be mad and express your frustration, you waited too long! :( I know for the new comers that got approved fast (happy for you ) but be more sensitive to people waiting for more than a year.

Remember, emails are delayed. So, that case complete email you got was generated earlier this week.
