There you go! It might be just a little extra cash for now but the main point is that your management is treating you like a more established member of their staff and starting to invest more on you. There is a such a high turnover rate in the logistics industry that companies certainly appreciate when they see a promising new employee. So congrats Saylin! Enjoy DC and Disney!

[...]

Thanks! ^_^

And thanks, can't wait for my trips! Just today and next week of work before DC, woohoo! Although, I'm much, much more excited about my trip to Disney

It took 10.5 months for us to get approved becasue we were stuck with those DACA petetions. And people kept saying Nvc is nothin like Uscis and I was looking forward to it. And now when we come here it's becoming the same hell hole. So please stop calling urself unlucky and complaining. There are much worst cases around here. If anybody is unlucky I think it's us. We faced delays at both places. '7' month approvals I think were the LUCKIEST with us June filers.

I feel sorry for you, but you know there are some 2 months approvals recently. They are the luckiest. And I just replied her to tell her I know her feeling. Please calm down. I hope your goal is coming soon:)

It's no longer a big deal to get a checklist on the AOS package since it now takes 30 days to pay the IV fee. That's one "positive" thing about not being able to pay the IV fee for 30 days.

If you get a checklist, you can send your checklist document and IV package at the same time.

Of course, it's better not to receive a checklist on the AOS package, but my point is it won't delay your application process that much assuming you send your AOS package as soon as you can pay the fee. :)

Is this the case with snail mail? EP? Or both?

They only send the case to the consulate once an interview date has been assigned. The bit about the AOS fee changing to N/A has been indicating case complete, which you already know you have ;)

So, we received an RFE from the NVC. The reason stated is:

"...income indicated on line 11 of the I-864A does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return and W-2(s)."

They have instructed me to fill out a new I-864A and submit it. The only issue is, the amounts are correct. The only thing I can thing is the income listed for 2013 ends in a handwritten '2' that could be misconstrued as a '7' at first glance. It is a '2' though, and does match the AGI on the accompanying 2013 tax return. I will be calling them first thing on Monday. My question is about what their procedure will be for this? Will they launch some sort of investigation, etc? Needless to say, I am upset.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Thanks Saylin, maybe I didn't explain well. It shows both the AOS fee and the supporting Documents as NA. It was not like that yesterday only showing the AOS fee(as you can see I am obsessed  )

I was just curious, I don't want them to regret giving me CC

I am paranoid?

I have seen even 1 month approval for I-130 recently and think these have pulled down NVC and I guess it will keep even slower.
