I think they are allowed to do it only in the event of someone making a mistake and re-submitting the DS-261. At least one person got lucky and got the IV fee invoice fast this way. I thought about re-submitting the DS-261 on purpose and ask a supervisor to unlock the IV fee invoice. However, most people on here have not been that lucky and ended up waiting for additional days. No IV invoice yet? You submitted DS261 on June 5 and.I did mine on June 6. I hope we will hear from NVC this week:) 30 business days this week right:D!?
