Hi there! Welcome to VJ! Are you a K1 applicant from Philippines? If you are, don't worry, you can reload your profile the next day should you be locked out. Unfortunately, there's no way you can check if you're nearing max views of the site.

Yes, check again tomorrow. It's a challenge to get an appointment as USEM is still keeping up with the Haiyan/Yolanda expedites. Join your fellow appointment chasers in the links I posted above for other tips.

The embassy only opens up new dates on the weekdays, but there are random cancellations that pop-up every now and then during the weekends, so you can watch out for those.

In the mean time, you can check the embassy instructions if you can complete the interview requirements soon, so you'll be good to go come the time that you spot a close date: http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/325288/packets/K1%20and%20K2%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_updated%2004%20Feb%202014_.pdf

Please help.

Stay on the dashboard screen, don't click to continue the calendar UNTIL you see a date appear on the left side of the dashboard screen, that will eliminate your "approaching maximum... " issue. Keep refreshing the dashboard screen and watching for a date to appear, when you see a date THEN click to continue to the calendar.

Thank you so much Zedayn. Until now i am still waiting for a vacant slot from time to time, trying to see if i could get any luck. It is okay to go for medical exam even if i still don't have a schedule for my interview right? I will arrive in Manila tomorrow morning and i am planning to have a medical exam on Monday. While preparing the documents needed by SLEC, it says i have to provide 2 copies of visa interview appointment letter and 2 copies of appointment letter/ instruction letter.. what is the difference between the two?

You can have your medical now even if you do not have an appointment date for your interview. If you do not have an appointment, then just bring a copy of the NVC letter.

PRIORITY DATE is the received date on the NOA1 (1st 797c that you received).

If you email NVC to get your MNL # they list your priority date in their reply email also.

Did your fiance get a letter/email from NVC with the MNL # on it? Use that for the medical, SLEC will be happy with that.

For details on the complete process follow the flashing arrow below this post.

Keep in mind that the validity date for your visa begins with the date of your medical; 6 months. So six months from your medical your visa will expire so without a interview date you maybe making a mistake here by doing your medical early. I'm just saying.
