Spelling of name

I have kind of funny question, but i just don't want to make any mistakes. My last name is french and has 'é' in it. which is how it is spelled on my passport. Should I write the same way on our paper work, or it doesn't make a difference.

Agreed with Batallion. If I were you, I would fill-out all the forms in the correct alphabet format as in your passport and birth certificate.
