I am us citizen and I am working to file for my wife to come here...Soon I will send the I 130 . can you please let me know what documents I need to send

with forms I 130 and G 325? I don't want to misss nothing. thank you

I 130 ?? they told me as a citizen my wife the benificairy has to include a copy of her birth certificate?

Hi Hath,

the checklist provided by Malo above is the one that you should follow- and follow it exactly! Your wife (the beneficary) will need to submit a birth certificate but not with the I-130 package. Once your petition has been approved, you will need to submit more documents to the NVC, that is when the birth certificate will be required.
