Question about online IRS transcript for AOS

Hello VJers, my husband is trying to get his IRS transcripts online for our AOS package. Before printing the transcripts, you have to choose what type of transcript you want to print:

Account Transcript

Wage and Income transcript

For now, he downloaded everything. Which one NVC wants?

05/13/2014: Sent I-130 to USCIS

05/19/2014: NOA1 Email Received. Assigned to NSC.

05/22/2014: NOA1 Hardcopy

06/16/2014: NOA2 Email. Approved. :dancing:

06/19/2014: NOA2 Hardcopy

06/20/2014: I-130 shipped to NVC

07/02/2014: Case received at NVC

07/11/2014: NVC confirmed they received our package on July 2.

07/23/2014: Got Case Number, IIN, BIN

Please make sure you send the w2 too cuz thats wat delay us now

Oh I thought we only need to submit IRS tax transcripts? Do we really need to submit w2s even if we are sending tax transcripts? Thanks

WRONG!!!! You don't submit W2's with transcripts UNLESS the transcripts are from a joint return but only one of individual's income is being used.

That poster was incorrect. If you submit transcripts, you don't need W2 forms unless the transcript is from a joint return but only one income is being used to qualify. The W2 would indicate the one person's income.

Yeah, I also read that on the instructions. Well, my husband's filed as MFS, and we are using I-1864EZ so yeah I guess we only need IRS tax transcripts. Thank you!

Ryan H am not wrong am going off of wat happend to me n my close fren that her husband mnade 72,000 for the year n they ask im for the w2 wen he file for his wife when he submit the transcript n he is my joint sponsor n wen i wen to the embassy wit my husband they ask for it so thats y i told her to send it to b safe
