I am in the U.S. and my fiancee in the Philippines...they require DS-156 to be entered online. Can I do that transaction here and print it out (as directed) because I have access to the internet here versus my fiancee have to go to an internet cafe to do this? Heard that once you finish entering all the information, it will ask you to print out the DS-156 with a barcode and bring it during your interview. Does the barcode have information of where the DS-156 was entered? Will it jeopardize my fiancee's visa application? Help please

The bar code contains only the data that is entered into the form, bar code is scanned at the embassy allowing accurate entry of the data on the form.

It does not contain info about where it was filled out so yes you can fill it out and send it to your SO.
