Can I just get a copy of my taxes from my accountant? Or do I actually need to have the IRS send them to me? Also, they only want the last years returns now right?

I'm completely confused, but you're talking about getting copies of your tax returns for AOS...? If so, calling the IRS for copies is very simple -- it took my husband only a few minutes to request them and they sent copies within two weeks.

Sorry I should explain myself. I need to get them for the I134 for my fiance's interview. I can easily get copies from the accountant I just don't know if that'll work.

I ordered a copy of our 2005 tax transcript over the IRS telephone system using information from out 2005 tax return. I don't know if that is what you will need for your petition, but we used it with no problems for my AOS.
