hello everybody i have like 1 year and my wife and my kids in usa then i get mail from NVC they ask about this plz anyone help me cuz really i dont know what they r want and make me confused and feel bad

yes i got the same thing from the NVC and they want the original copy with the stamp from your country. As for the Affidavit of Support you might need to see if you send them all that the right papers. make sure you send in your w2 and answer all the question on the form right. also there is much help on here to help you feild out your papers right.

Wait, the beneficiary has to submit the original birth certificate?????? And W2? I didn't think they had taxes in Egypt?

"original or certified copy of an original" -- generally means you have to request a copy from the issuing authority and send that in. For example, we needed certified copies of our marriage license for the AOS package. I requested them from the County Clerk's office, and paid their fee (it was a hefty fee for paper. Granted, it was nice, thick paper with cool graphics, but still...) They then sent us the copies and they look exactly like the original, except for some small lettering saying this is a "certified copy". They had the same embossed seals and stamps, and everything.

Item F - I don't entirely understand it either. Something about your Affidavit of Support wasn't right. If they sent you a letter with a list of things pertaining to that that you should send in, then... follow that list and send them what they ask for, I guess.

False checklists.. they don't want anything. They've reviewed your AOS and your DS-260. They haven't reviewed your IV documents.
