Administrative Processing even without 221 ?

Hi! Everyone. I am pretty much new here and I guess I regret that I did not join prior to my fiance's interview. He was interviewed in Manila on June 9, 2014. As per CFO, everything is good. He was not given a 221 card and was told everything is done. Yesterday, I checked the status of his visa and this is what we got ...

" Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks. Please follow any instructions provided by the Consular Officer at the time of your interview. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. If your visa application is approved after administrative processing, your passport will be delivered by our contracted courier to the address you specified when you booked your interview."

Can someone tell me what this means? Thanks much !

That mean that he needs to wait until tgey the dessicion to issue the visa.

Ap nobody can say when it will finish.

I hope that your fiance gets his visa soon.

I had my interview on march 18, no 221g wasnt given , they approved me and took my paasport.

Next wednesday 18 I will have 3 months on ap, they have my passport still, I hope they take a desicion soon.

Oh wow! That is long wait Ilovemyman. That is really bothersome. I hope you get yours soon. Have you tried calling them and ask about it? I think 3 months is a long wait.
