i-751 denied (due to lack of evidence)

Hello i am in need of advice please. My I-751 was denied recently due to lack of evidence. we filed jointly Feb 2013, then i had no choice but to file separately afterwards because my ex filed for divorce. i received a request for evidence and i sent whatever else i could find to prove our union was real. i have already made an appointment to see an attorney 9 days from today (only availability). but i would like to know my options please.

if anyone is familiar with the options i have which would allow me continue to live in the U.S i would be grateful if you shared them. i am not trying to gain sympathy, but i have no family left and life has gotten worse back home. i have established life here and i would like to keep it.

no criminal history, paid taxes, kept all my jobs, part time student.

Not trying to pry but could you share with us the evidence that you presented with your original joint ROC, separate ROC, and the RFE? Is your divorce finalized? (I have heard of USCIS wanting the final divorce decree in order to approve an application with a waiver since, technically, filing non-jointly without a finalized divorce, spousal abuse case or spousal death is not one of the classifications for the ROC). Were there any other details in the denial letter?

This info might help others give you better advice.
