When can I file?

So my issue is a bit strange. I have been in the U.S. for over 20 years NOT on a green card. I now have a green card which was issued back in 2012 through marriage to a U.S. Citizen. I also have removed the conditions on my green card as of June 13, 2014. I am married to my wife (USC) now for over 3 years. Would it be possible to file for my citizenship now? or do I have to wait till next year so that I satisfy the 3 years a green card holder rule, even though I've been in the country for over 20 years?

Thanks in advance!

Filed: Timeline

It doesn't matter how long you have been in the US...what matters is if you have met the requirement under which you obtained immigration status. That is three years, so next year you can file for citizenship, but not before. As others said 90 days earlier (just like ROC) you can file.
