Can I sign my fiance's G325-a?

April 2006 -- 2nd trip, We get engaged; Sept-Nov 2006 -- 3rd trip, More time together

Feb 8, 2007 -- Mailed 129-F package to VSC

Feb 13 -- NOA1!

Feb 19 -- Touched

Feb 20 -- check cashed! NOA1 arrives snail mail!

Feb 22 -- Touched

Mar 8 -- NOA2 email!

Mar 12 -- NVC recieves

Mar 15 -- NVC sends out

Mar. 26 -- Packet 3!

Apr 17 -- Medical

Apr 24 -- Interview, Approved!

Apr 27 -- Picked up passport

May 4 -- POE JFK

May 19-- Apply for SS#

Jul 13 -- Married!

Jul 24 -- Sent out AOS/EAD paperwork

End of Aug -- NOA for EAD and AOS

Sept 6 -- Biometrics

Pretty sure it has to be his signature. You'll also need him to sign a letter for the intent to marry.

Jan 24, 2007- NOA1 date

Jan 27, 2007- Check cashed by CSC

Jan 29, 2007- Paper NOA1 recieved (at permenant US address)

May 1, 2007- NOA2

May 16, 2007- At the NVC

May 18, 2007- Left NVC

May 30, 2007- Packet 3 arrives

May 31, 2007- Faxed Packet 3 stuff back

July 9, 2007- Interview at Vancouver

July 10, 2007- Visa recieved!

July 18, 2007- US entry

August 25, 2007- Wedding <3

When I last visited my fiancee I took a G-325A with me for her to sign. You cannot sign for your fiance.

I mailed my fiance the G-325A form and he signed it and mailed it back - it was fast.

The fiance letter of intent he downloaded from an e-mail I sent him and mailed it back.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

For my fiance's G-325 forms, I filled them out and printed them. Then I scanned them and sent them via email, had him print them out and sign them. Then he had to pay like 30 bucks to get them mailed out to me within 2 days. ;)

He should sign his own G325a, you can make him send it to you if you two are far apart right now. My fiance and I did our paperwork when I made a second visit to her country and it wasn't a problem for us to sign everything that needs to be signed. If you haven't got his letter of intent, you can send it along with his G325a. Original signatures are very important...
