Does she need to send her U.S. vaccination records?

Before she came to the United States, my wife received only some of the required vaccinations, since the official medical facility in Manila that gave them didn't have all the shots available there. According to the instructions, she was to get the other required vaccinations while she was in the U.S. She did get these shots, following all the instructions they gave about getting the vaccinations. I wonder now if the document from the doctor that gave the vaccinations should be sent in with the I-751 application for lifting the conditions on her permanent resident status? It would be better to know too since we would not get this document back, according to my understanding.

I think there is no need to send this document for the vacines, there is nothing to do with profing your relationship, but desision is yours.

I take it she came on an IR visa then and didn't have to file for AOS here? If she had done AOS, her vaccination history would have been reviewed at her interview by USCIS.

I don't see anything on the I-751 instructions about sending vaccination records. I wouldn't send that unless you get a specific request from CIS to do so.
