I had my interview last June 6, 2014. I went so early and I was the first on the line to be interviewed. I waited a long time to be called, then I was called. She greeted me good morning and I greeted back. She said that my docs is complete. She started question. She looked like she was irritated of something and kept on scratching her neck and fixing her hair and she had red eyes. She looked scary the way she looked at me. Anyways she was not happy with me, then she handed me the 221 (g) and then she changed her mind and asked me to wait. Then they called me again to a room #4 (not a window) and started interviewing me, she is a thai lady and very nice. So I felt very relaxed with her. Then she asked me to send what they asked me thru registered mail and gave me back the original civil docs and my passport bec I need to renew it (but I still have 7 months before it expires but the letter states that validity of passport at least 8 months.

Here are the ff.

* Evidence of your relationship with petitioner (i.e photographs, letters, emails, phone bills, old household registration books. ( I already submitted during my interview)

* Others:

1. Applicant, please submit new passport with validity of at least 8 mos.

2. Petitioner, please submit ....... divorce decree from ....

3. Petitioner, please explain why you .....

4. Petitoner, please explain why you have not returned to visit applicant in 1.5 years ( wrong, bec he visited me 5x from Jan, 2013 until Jan

2014)

5. Petitioner, please submit more substantial evidence of relationship spanning for almost 3 year relationship. ( wrong length of year)

6. Petitioner, please explain why you did not include ................... ( bec there are only 2 lines to fill up, not for three)

7. Petitioner, please explain why you listed yourself as single on your 2013 US tax return though you had married in Jan, 2013. (my husband already fixed it)

It would be a good idea to have the USC help with this post. For example what does ff mean?

You should have had a new passport for many reasons including the difficulty of renewing it while in the USA.

The other questions are for the USC so I am not sure what you want us to do to help you here. It looks to me like the case was poorly prepared from the beginning so the outcome is as we see here. It is always critical that the docs are correct before submission to avoid what has occurred.

Renewing the passport I wil definitely renew it. The blue letters were my corrections to their mistakes of their questions (wrong information). And also evidence of relationship were all submitted and also the pics being together and with my family and friends, but here they still asked as well as the phone calls, chat logs, cards, emails, we have them all.

I was sharing my experience. But if you can help, please. How long do you think before they issue my visa after providing them with what they requested from us.

I think they will review all this corrected info and then contact you to set a new interview date. It usually takes 3 days to have the visa inserted into the passport.

The American CO handed me the 221g after she interviewed me and then she asked me to wait again. I waited and called my name and asked to go to room #4 so I went. Does it mean that they would only wait for my letter and docs then visa approval. If ever they would give me another interview I hope not the same CO, she was mean and scary.

Give them what they want and you should be fine. We got a 221g back in 2009 for some of the same things. I gave them an updated tax transcript for 2008 and that took care of that. I filed 2008 as single as well even though I had been married since 2006, because my wife didn't have a social security number. Do you have a social security number? I doubt it, so explain it that way.

Give them more photos as well. They seem to like photos more than any other evidence there for some reason.

We already gave them all the pics we had together, family and my friends. I also submitted our yahoo emails, skype chat logs, phone records, etc. but she still requested them.

You can email and them and get more specific information on what they want. I'd actually suggest doing that. Email subject line needs to be' IV Inquiry BNK2014xxxxxx' with the xxxxxx being the last 6 digits of your case number. There response to me back in 2009 was something like "The applicant only submitted 3 photos and some cards, we need more photos of you together"

You can email and them and get more specific information on what they want. I'd actually suggest doing that. Email subject line needs to be' IV Inquiry BNK2014xxxxxx' with the xxxxxx being the last 6 digits of your case number. There response to me back in 2009 was something like "The applicant only submitted 3 photos and some cards, we need more photos of you together"

Did you give them all this information at interview or did you send it all with the I-130? Sometimes the evidence from the I-130 doesn't make it to the NVC or to the embassy. I don't know why. It would be best to resubmit everything they ask for and more! Obviously it was lost somehow.

We gave some to the USCIS, then I brought more with me during the interview. Definitely will give more except the ones I have already submitted to them at my interview. There is a huge difference between denial and delay. I doubt you will be denied if the USC does what he must. Notice the questions all about what he must do with one exception.

They kept your docs because they want to complete the case. If they did not they would have returned everything to you right then.

The USC should be on VJ so we can help him through this. The docs and info he needs to supply are pretty easy to obtain. They must be part of the case file now and for use in the future.

Once these items are submitted the case will move forward to approval fairly quickly. The embassy at times has even allowed the beneficiary to come in to the embassy on abnormal days to complete the case. This was done in my own case as an example.

Thank you so much Ning. I am losing hope already. I have been crying since after my interview and the only thing that gives me strength is when I talk to my hubby and give me moral support. He is also hurting when he sees me crying. I tried to be strong in front of him on cam but I could not. Anyway to ease my misery I look at the good side that I can still be with my kids even they are already grown ups and have their own world. And also either way, he can live here with us. And we will live happily ever after. LOL Like a fairy tale.

Good that you have passed this nightmare already and you are now enjoying your life with your family. Wish u all the best my friend.
