Urgent !! NO TAX RETURN 2013

Hello ,

My interview date is 3rd July but my co-sponsor did not fill 2013 tax return ..but got extension

We submitted AOS form with 2010 , 2011 , 2012 tax return and now NVC asked me to bring 2013 tax return...

Kindly tell me which documents i need to bring for 2013 tax ??? just extension or any thing else ?????

Proof of current employment - pay stubs, letter from employer....

Maybe find another co-sponsor who had filed for 2013 tax return. IO would be looking for that. Along with it, the petitioner should bring recent paystubs, employment certificate, and bank statements.

I actually just went through the same thing, I filed my taxes after I had already submitted my extension. The only thing is that I will have to adjust my tax return later this year because they were not 100% accurate as I am still missing some information. I did that in order to show a tax return. That worked for us just two weeks ago and my wife is here with me now.

so you believe just tax extension letter 2013 with current pay slip , employment letter would be enough along with 2012 tax return ??/

I submitted all above thing at NVC stage except 2013 tax return so now tax extension is ok in place of tax return 2013 ??
