Hello Friends,

I submitted my I-129F on 05/28 and received a confirmation of acceptance at California Service Center on 06/02. The better part of last month was dedicaeted to research and file preparation. Please feel free to send me a message if you feel I can be of assistance.

This forum was of tremendous help in my research and I appreciate this opportunity to pay it forward.

Wishing everyong a peace of mind in their respective journey and success!

-Barry

Hello welcome to VJ! I hope you are aware that you received is not an approval is just the confirmation of receipt ( NOA1)... Getting your approval (NOA2) will take a little longer depending on your service center. And like the post above said, there will be a few more steps to go through before the Visa Approval.

Good luck to you!

why not post in open forum instead?

PMs can be rife with errors and when ya post in open forum - the reader usually gets peer-review if something is untoward.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
