No iv invoice bill yet :(

Submitted ds-261 for parents on 16th may. Called nvc they said it was received on 21-may-2014 but no one reviewed yet!!! Still waiting for invoice bill, anyone else having the same prb?

My iv invoice bill ws generated only 8 days after i submitted! Its been 2 weeks ti my parents n nothing yet.

I have the same problem too. Ive been waiting for the iv fee to be invoiced, more than a week now since we completed the ds-261 and i find out that the 3-5 business days waiting in the portal is approximate.

Yes, the IV invoicing is taking for-freaking-ever right now!!!

There is an apparent backlog at the NVC due to which the IV fees are taking longer to generate. For many people the wait now has been 3-4 weeks long. All we can do is wait.

It will take 15-20 days after DS261 submission for the IV fee to be invoiced.

(( this sucks big time. It took 13 months to i-130 to get approved and that even with senators help and now this!!, my parents have been waiting for so long. Iv invoice bill is not a big deal and look at them!!! Taking forever . Hope u all get it soon! The wait is really killing us...

I submitted my D 261 on June 6 2014 but my iv invoice is still not enabled. I called NVC and was told that it usually takes a month. So we need to be patient.

Same here...submitted DS-261 May 27, and they recieved it May 28....been 21 business days for me still waiting for IV bill...sooooooo long

I received an Iv invoice through E-mail yesterday and by evening it was on website as well. It took 24 days to invoice IV bill. Peace : )

Thank You Yamil ! I submitted DS-261on june 6 2014. But NVC started processing only on June 13. Do call NVC. Peace

I submitted my DS-261 on May 30th and have had no IV invoice yet. You have to remember that even though it's probably a two minute job to set one up, NVC are dealing with the backlog of hundreds of thousands of petitions that USCIS sat on most of last year.

Have you called NVC? Try calling them once and ask them if its under process or not. I submitted my AOS on same day as i submitted DS 261. i was told today that they are yet to review my AOS. I think calling them often helps.
